Activities range from 45 minutes-90 minutes. They can be tailored to individual group needs. Activity fee for 45 minutes is $35.00 for every 30 students. Activity fee for 90 minutes is $70.00 for every 30 students. Activity must be scheduled a minimum of three weeks in advance. Please see website for additional information on each activity. Chaperones remain with the group at all times, help maintain order student behavior, and assist the student during the program. Lunch Space: The museum is unable to provide space to eat lunch. Cost and Payment: Payment for the Banneker-Douglass Museum Docent guided tour or workshop can be paid by cash or check in advance by mail, or can be brought to the museum at time of the activity. Banneker-Douglass Museum reserves the right to cancel a program if payment is not received. A confirmation letter will be sent at time tour has been booked. Cancellations and Refunds: For cancellations or rescheduling of programs, please call 410.216.6181. Please notify the museum of any cancellations at least 48 hours in advance of your program. If a school cancels because of inclement weather, the Museum will reschedule the program or provide a full refund should payment be made in advance.
