Tour Date and Time Guided tours are currently available on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Occasionally, the museum is closed for private events on those days. Cost and Payment: Payment for the Banneker-Douglass-Tubman Museum Docent guided tour or workshop can be paid by cash or check in advance by mail, or can be brought to the museum at time of the activity. Banneker-Douglass-Tubman Museum reserves the right to cancel a program if payment is not received. A confirmation letter will be sent at time tour has been booked. Cancellations and Refunds: For cancellations or rescheduling of programs, please email us at [email protected]. Please notify the museum of any cancellations at least 48 hours in advance of your program. If a school cancels because of inclement weather, the Museum will reschedule the program or provide a full refund should payment be made in advance.
